Let’s face it; we all know we should be taking more and regular exercise. It plays on our minds just a little bit but we feel soooo good when we do do it!
FitChick offers women the opportunity to build regular exercise into their busy lives in a fun and sociable way.
At FitChick we provide both Group Exercise Classes based outdoors in the fresh-air all year round as well as Personal Training which can take place indoors or outdoors.

Walk, Talk and Tone : A pefect mix of fitness walking, toning exercises and gossip. Distance covered 5-6km. All in the fresh-air!
TAB Training : TAB = "There And Back". Using the same route each week, your mission is to walk jog or run further each session. 20 minutes out and 20 mins back. A great session for improving your CV fitness, running pace or transitioning from walking to jogging. All fitness levels welcome
FitChickPlus : Time to take the pace up! FitChickPlus is a geneal jogging/ running session using 5-6km routes with some running drills and sometimes some hill sessions thrown in for fun! This session is especially for those FitChicks who can already jog or run 5k
BuggyChick : Exercise along with your baby.
A new group session for the Summer with the routes designed especially for Mummies with Buggies (although non-buggy pushing FitChicks are welcome too! ) A blend of fitness walking and toning exercises.
Personal Training : 1:1 Training just for you. Effective workouts designed to motivate and push you, (perhaps a litttle further than you thought you could go!) Motivating, effective, fun and at a time to suit you. Click here to find out more
