Meet our Team of Instructors
Liz Ainslie founded FitChick in April 07 after identifying that many women just didn't feel motivated by existing options for regular exercise. As a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, as well as mum of two, she understands the difficulties of fitting exercise into an already busy schedule but is passionate about the benefits that regular exercise can bring to all aspects of womens' lives. She prefers to exercise in the outdoors and is well known to run and cycle whatever the weather. She regularly competes in triathlon and duathlon. Why? So she can eat more chocolate of course ! Come to Liz's FitChick sessions and you're guaranteed to work all your major muscle groups including the jaw muscles!!!
Karen D'Agata is also a busy mum with two children yet still finds time to fit exercise into her week. You can spot her running and cycling in the Great Park ! A qualified Instructor and Personal Trainer, Karen has worked in the US and the UK with a wide range of clients of all abilities. What Karen can't do with a resistance band is no-one's business and she will keep you motivated and working effectively during her FitChick sessions.
Becky Lennox is a qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher. She enjoys working with many different people to help them reach their goals around health, fitness and general well being. Becky has always loved participating in sports and achieved the accolade of a Cambridge Blue for both hockey and athletics whilst studying at Cambridge University. Becky also loves travelling to remote areas of the world and spent time working for Raleigh International as a project leader in Central America. She has changed her definition of success by listening to and following her heart and she lives a life she loves and loves the life she lives! Come to Becky's FitChick sessions and be inspired to do the same!
