FitChick sessions run every weekday during term time, straight after your school run.
FitChick recommends you aim to join in at least 3 times a week
No lycra, no sweaty gyms, no complicated choreography or grapevines.
Run by qualified, motivating, experienced fitness instructors, FitChick sessions are low impact and involve low to moderate intensity activity. They comprise a mix of power-walking, easy to learn toning exercises and some other fun stuff thrown in for good measure.
The only “after-drop-off-get-together” where you use rather than consume calories!
FitChick sessions are held outdoors, all weather, during the school term time.
There’s no such thing as bad weather only the wrong clothes! Having said that, no special clothing or equipment is needed although we strongly recommend loose comfortable clothes, supportive footwear (no flip flops please!) and a waterproof jacket. (This is England after all!)
